Look at the end of this job posting for details! The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for working closely with our internal sales team, our warehouse team, and directly with buyers.
This includes handling account set up with mass retailers, sitting in on sales calls with buyers, and communicating between the warehouse team and the sales team and buyers.
Job Duties:
Handle account and item set up with mass retailers, includes gathering required documentation and reviewing for accuracy Manage and maintain user access to retailer vendor portals Relay vendor guides to the appropriate internal teams as necessary Understand each retailer's policies and standards Correspond between the Brightz warehouse team and the retailer buying team Sit in on calls with buyers, take detailed notes of the meetings Generate and analyze sales reports from our accounting and analytics systems Assist in creating and reviewing sales decks Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree and above preferred Must be strongly proficient with the Microsoft office suite Must be proficient with day to day computer software Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization CRM knowledge required, Hubspot preferred SPS Analytics experience preferred Compensation and Benefit Details:
