Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of field employees and oversee their daily activities - Coordinate and schedule field operations to ensure timely completion of tasks - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed -Learn the quoting, Billing and follow up of project.
Be required to learn the installation process and scheduled training will be provided - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to field operations -The service projects include cryogenic tank installs , piping, cryogenic pumps, vacuum pumps.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred - Strong math skills for inventory management and budgeting purposes - Knowledge of the local market and industry trends - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong administrative, organizational, and time management abilities - Ability to effectively manage stock levels and inventory This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
